

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who blends strategy, design, and execution — someone who owns the full funnel, creates beautiful visuals, and drives measurable growth across digital channels.

What You’ll Do
Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and paid media
Create high-impact visual assets including banners, decks, infographics, landing pages, and website visuals
Own and manage marketing websites (Webflow / WordPress), ensuring strong UX, performance, and brand consistency
Lead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram — from content planning to analytics and community engagement
Build, manage, and optimize SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic quality, and conversions
Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns, track performance, analyze ROI, and iterate for growth
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and tech teams to align messaging and drive pipeline growth
Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results
Strong graphic design skills, with hands-on experience using Adobe Illustrator and Figma
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for high-converting marketing websites
Experience with SEO strategy, execution, and analytics
Knowledge of online advertising platforms (Google Ads experience is a strong plus)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and analytics
Excellent communication skills — visual and verbal — with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Fresh graduates are welcome if you have a strong portfolio and hands-on experience
Portfolio showcasing design work, websites, and/or social media campaigns
Proficiency with tools such as:
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
WordPress / Webflow
Google Analytics
Paid advertising platforms
Based in Dubai
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness and flexibility to travel when needed
