From executive scheduling to partner communication, travel logistics to project follow-ups โ youโll be the trusted right hand supporting our leadership team.

Key Requirements
- Project Coordination Skills: Youโve supported fast-paced executives and know how to keep schedules, meetings, and deliverables moving across teams, departments, and borders.
- Bilingual Fluency: You speak and write fluently in both English and Chinese โ and can confidently translate, interpret, and draft communication between partners and leadership.
- Communication Pro: Youโre clear, concise, and professional in every message โ whether itโs drafting an email, joining a meeting, or handling a client request.
- Confidential & Reliable: You know how to handle sensitive information with total discretion and can be trusted with high-level business decisions and documents.
- Proactive Mindset: You anticipate needs before theyโre asked and take initiative to solve problems before they grow.
- Tech-Savvy: Youโre comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom โ and quick to learn new systems.
- Location: Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Support executive and project team with scheduling, meeting prep, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison for Chinese and English-speaking partners, translating conversations and materials when needed.
- Assist with project coordination and status tracking across multiple departments and time zones.
- Assist with communication with vendors, partners, and clients on behalf of the executive team.
- Help coordinate business travel, events, and special projects.
- Maintain task lists, reminders, and follow-through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, project coordinator, or executive support role is a plus.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across shifting priorities.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
