Key Requirements
- Strong Marketing Skills: Youโve built and executed multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. From messaging to metrics โ you own the funnel.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Youโre fluent in tools like Adobe Illustrator and can produce polished, on-brand visuals for both digital and print โ without constant oversight.
- UI/UX Savvy: You know how to make marketing websites not just look good, but work better. Experience in Figma, WordPress, or Webflow is essential.
- SEO Optimization Skills: Youโve developed and implemented SEO strategies that improve rankings, grow traffic, and convert visitors.
- Online Advertising Knowledge: You know your way around paid ad platforms, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis. Google Ads experience is a big plus.
- Social Media Proficiency: You understand how to grow a brandโs presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram โ from content planning to analytics and community engagement.
- Location: Based in Dubai.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and paid media.
- Create compelling visual content โ banners, decks, infographics, landing pages โ with design tools like Illustrator or Figma.
- Manage social media strategy and execution across platforms โ building community, growing reach, and driving traffic.
- Own and maintain marketing websites (Webflow, WordPress), ensuring strong UX and brand consistency.
- Manage and refine SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive quality traffic.
- Build and monitor online ad campaigns โ analyze performance, report on KPIs, and iterate to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and tech to align messaging and drive pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Portfolio of marketing visuals and website/social work that shows creativity and brand alignment.
- Proficiency with key tools: Illustrator, Figma, WordPress/Webflow, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy and platform algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills โ visual and verbal โ with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
